Master Bedroom

Added hardwood flooring, accent panels to window walls, replaced windows and French doors, relocated fireplace and painted entire room. The bedroom looks much larger and spacious with warm elements to create a cozy space.

Dining Area

Added hardwood flooring, relocated gas fire place, replaced windows and opened to up space to connect with kitchen

Desert Mountain Remodel, 2,288 sqft, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom

The owner of this custom North Scottsdale home wished to incorporate existing natural stone and wood accents with contemporary elements. We have added neutral colored wall textures combined with sleek European style cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms accessorizing them with eye catching hardware and lighting fixtures.

Cave Creek Remodel 3,756 sqft, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom

Before and After Remodel

Family Room and Kitchen

Replaced sliding door and windows with accordion doors to patio to expand living area and allow for more natural light. Installed wide plank hardwood floors, new countertops, lighting fixtures and white cabinets with a leveled black accent island. Transformed media center and fireplace.

Master Bathroom

Replaced vanity mirrors, added lighting fixtures and white cabinets with contemporary hardware. Installed soft patterned ceramic floor tile and a stand alone bath tub accented with a paneled wall and a traditional chandelier.

Master Bedroom

Installed wide plank hard wood flooring and added a paneled accent wall to compliment 3 small windows placed above a bed. The eye catching contemporary tiered chandelier gives the room a touch of elegance.

Loft

New paint and durable carpet flooring transforms this space to an area that can be used as a play or work area.

Guest Bathroom

Guest bathroom is furnished with retro subway tile and a traditional sink and cabinet that compliments the eye catching retro floor tile and lighting fixtures. White colors throughout create brightness and visually a more spacious area.

Kitchen Nook

Desk area has been transformed to a light, bright and a welcoming work space near a large window. Dining area is equipped with a retro chandelier that compliments the lighting scheme in the kitchen and living room area.

Laundry Room

Laundry room is often the first room we walk through when entering a home from the garage. Light colored cabinets and countertops, paired with interesting tile, offer an eye-pleasing effect and lighten the room.

Kitchen

Light and bright kitchen cabinets and countertops, combined with an island that matches the color of hardware, gives the entire kitchen an interesting and modern appeal. A wall mounted gas hood and top grade appliances are always eye pleasing features.

Family Room

An entertainment wall with cut out niches does not necessarily need to be a thing of the past if incorporated with modern textures and updated shelving. Symmetrical built in cabinets are great space savers and give the wall a cleaner and less cluttered look.

Living Room

Replaced carpet area with hardwood that compliments the color scheme of the entire house while tying in the neutral beiges and warmer shades throughout the house. Removed outdated rounded arches and replaced with square finishes. A combo of industrial and mid century lighting fixtures give a house an instant update.

Foyer

The entry door is an eye catching feature that offers the home not only additional natural light but a classy feel. Arched entry way is updated with a door that connects to a den furnished with wide planked hard wood floor.

Master Bathroom

A spacious bathtub was added with a faucet that includes a hand held shower head. The vintage themed neutral colored tile is beautifully showcased with a clear glass shower enclosure which makes the area appear larger and more open. A vintage chandelier adds a luxurious touch and softens the glass tiled window.
